PARIS: A Century of Art Deco

A short three-day visit to Paris is being planned, focussing on exhibitions celebrating the centenary of the l’Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes. An impressive exhibition at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs celebrates 100 years of Art Deco. We will also visit other centenary exhibitions at the Cité de l’Architecture and the Musée Zadkine and explore the way different strands of design and architecture were taken forward in the rapidly developing city in the 1920s and 1930s.
