Frinton-on-Sea was one of the early 20th-century forerunners in seaside town development and still offers a memorable picture of English domestic architecture of the first half of the last century. The all-day visit on a Saturday includes a visit to Voysey’s The Homestead and walking tours led by the Frinton and Walton Heritage Trust. They will take us to the Edwardian avenues and also to the early 1930s houses designed by Oliver Hill and J.T. Shelton in the modern style.
