A PRIVATE COLLECTION IN KING’S CROSS: VENINI AND BEYOND

Tuesday–Saturday 7–11 December 2021

Join a small group to learn about Venetian 20th-century glass making, particularly the Venini factory and its history and influences, Americans who went to work with Venini from the 1950s onwards and international contemporary artists who use Venetian techniques. The collection also includes work by contemporary Venetian artists. Participants will handle works of modern and contemporary glass to experience these fascinatingly complex and colourful pieces at first hand.
